FINAL NOTICE:  Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the Buncombe County Sports Park and John B. Lewis Soccer Complex.

FINAL NOTICE:  Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the Buncombe County Sports Park and John B. Lewis Soccer Complex.

Park officials and law enforcement agents will be present at upcoming league matches and violations of the policy regarding alcoholic beverages will not only result in ticketing and fines to individuals, but also in a breach of contract between ABASA and municipal organizations, effectively expelling ABASA from the parks.

Sorry that this final notice has to be so heavy, but the consequences of breaking the policy are dire.  We have come too far as a league to lose playing privileges on the fantastic parks where we are fortunate to be able to play our weekly matches.
Thanks to all of you for recognizing the seriousness of this problem and helping to hold your teammates in compliance with the policies of city and county government.
Hopefully the rain will hold off and we will have more beautiful weekends for soccer on Sunday.  Enjoy the games!
